MOST OF THE ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES ARE UNDER HOUSING TIF, MEANING THE POTENTIAL RENT LOSS. AND THE ONLY OTHER THING I WOULD CALL ATTENTION TO IS THE ASPIRATIONAL SUBTRACT SUBCONTRACTOR PARTICIPATION GOALS AT ALMOST 30% OR ONE POINT, ALMOST 1.5 MILLION OF THE ALMOST 5 MILLION IN CONSTRUCTION COSTS. THE FIRST PUBLIC HEARING IS RELATED TO THE BROWNFIELD PLAN.
