THESE WERE POSSESSED BY THREE DIFFERENT INDIVIDUALS ON A TRAFFIC STOP. WHAT THEIR INTENT WAS, WHY THEY HAD THEM TUCKED IN THEIR COATS, I DO NOT KNOW. AND I'M GLAD THAT WE'RE PARTNERING WITH YWCA AND SAFE HAVEN BECAUSE IN REAL TIME, THE OFFICERS ON SCENE OF THESE DOMESTIC INCIDENTS CAN DO THIS ASSESSMENT. AGAIN, THAT'S 90% DOWN FROM FISCAL YEAR 24, 15 FOR RECONNAISSANCE, 12 FOR PUBLIC RELATIONS, 11 FOR WATER RESCUE. THAT IS UP BY 8% AND ANOTHER 11 FOR STRUCTURE FIRE FIGHTS. THIS IS DISAGGREGATED BY WAR. SO IN WARD THREE THERE WERE 67 FLIGHTS AND ONE THERE WERE 28 FLIGHTS AND WERE TWO ONE FLIGHT. THERE ARE UNSPECIFIED LOCATIONS OF 30 FLIGHTS NOW. TRAINING REMAINS TO BE THE MAJORITY USE FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, BUT IT DID DECREASE SLIGHTLY IN FY 24.
THERE IS NO COMPLAINTS OF OVERUSE OR MISUSE BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND NO DRONE DEPLOYMENTS WERE SUBJECT TO A WARRANT REQUIREMENT BY THE COURTS. EXECUTION OPA DID RECEIVE ONE COMPLAINT ALLEGING MISUSE OR OVERUSE OF THE LICENSE PLATE READER SYSTEM TO SEARCH FOR DEPORTATION WARRANT AND VIOLATION OF RPD POLICY 712, AND EXPEDITED REVIEW OF THIS MATTER WAS CONDUCTED AT THE DIRECTION OF THE CITY MANAGER.

THE FIRST WARD HAD THE MOST FLIGHTS AT 190. THAT'S 52.89 FLIGHT HOURS. SECOND WARD HAD 149, I'M SORRY, 157 FLIGHTS. THAT'S 42.62 HOURS. THIRD WARD. SO AFTER MICHIGAN STATE POLICE COMPLETES THEIR INVESTIGATION, THEY TURN IT OVER TO THE PROSECUTOR. YES. WHO WILL DETERMINE CRIMINALITY IN ANY EVENT. AND AND THE PROSECUTOR ALWAYS MAKES A PUBLIC RELEASE OF HIS FINDINGS.
